CREAMY DREAMY MANGO LASSI

Lassis come in all kinds of flavors, some are salty, some are sweet, some have mint, some have fruit. A mango lassi is basically a yogurt based mango milkshake or smoothie.This delectable drink is popular all over  and is very healthy regarding the fact that it may be prepared without  adding sugar.Mango Lassi is  favourite at home and every summer, when mangoes are in full season, so make this creamy, dreamy and super easy recipe at your home.



PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins        COOKING TIME: 0           SERVING: 2

 INGREDIENTS

Plain yogurt 1/2 cup
Fresh Mango chunks 1 cup 
Honey or sugar 1 tbsp or (to taste) 
Milk or water 1/2 cup
Mint leaves (optional)
Ice cubes (optional)

METHOD
  • In a blender add mango, honey or sugar and blend it.
  • After that add milk or water, yogurt, ice and blend it again.
  • Pour mango lassi into glasses. Garnish with mint leaves and mango, and Serve.
