Chicken Cheese Balls is a delicious snack which can be easily made at home. this appetizer is a perfect thing to serve your friends and family on special occasions.
PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins COOKING TIME:10-12 mins SERVING: 3-4 INGREDIENTS
Chicken minced 250 gm
Onion medium chopped 1
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Green chillies 2
Egg Yolk 1
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp or to taste
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli flakes 1/2 tsp
All purpose flour 3 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 1 cup
Cheddar cheese cubes
oil for frying

METHOD
- In a large bowel add chicken mince,onion, coriander, green chillies, egg yolk, black pepper, salt, ginger garlic paste, red chilli, red chilli flakes, and all purpose and mix it well.
- Refrigerate the chicken mixture for 30 minutes.
- Apply little oil in your palms.
- Take a medium size portion of the chicken mixture and make flat pattie,then Put the cheese cube on the center now wrap and make a ball.
- Make all the balls in the same manner.
- Then dip it in the egg white and finally coat the ball with the bread crumbs.
- Finish all the balls in the same manner.
- Heat oil in a non stick frying pan.
- Deep fry the balls on medium heat till golden brown from all the sides.
- Drain on a plate lined with kitchen tissue.
- Serve hot with Ketchup.
