THAI CHICKEN TOAST

INGREDIENTS
Chicken mince 250 gm
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Spring onion 1 tbsp
Carrot 1/4 cup
Green chilies chopped 1 tsp
Red and Green Capsicum 1/4 cup
Mushrooms 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Bread 6 slices
Sesame seeds (for sprinkle)
Eggs 2
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Flour 4 tbsp
METHOD
- In a bowl add chicken mince, garlic, spring onion, carrots, green chilies, capsicum, salt, soy sauce, hot sauce, flour, mix well, and set aside.
- Remove crusts from bread and spread this chicken mixture on a bread slice and dip it in egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
- Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the toast in it until light golden brown.
- Cut into diagonals shape.
- Enjoy Thai Chicken toast with sauce or dip of your choice.
