THAI CHICKEN TOAST 

Thai Chicken Toast Recipe a light and delightful recipe for your kid's lunch box. Surprisingly delicious Thai Chicken Toast is best to have in breakfast. Give it a try and share your thoughts with us.

PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins        COOKING TIME:20 mins   SERVING: 4

INGREDIENTS

Chicken mince 250 gm
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Spring onion 1 tbsp
Carrot 1/4 cup 
Green chilies chopped 1 tsp
Red and Green Capsicum 1/4 cup 
Mushrooms 1/4 cup
Salt to taste
Bread 6 slices  
Sesame seeds (for sprinkle)
Eggs 2
Soy sauce 1 tbsp 
Flour 4 tbsp 

METHOD
  • In a bowl add chicken mince, garlic, spring onion, carrots, green chilies, capsicum, salt, soy sauce, hot sauce, flour, mix well, and set aside.
  • Remove crusts from bread and spread this chicken mixture on a bread slice and dip it in egg and sprinkle some sesame seeds on top.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the toast in it until light golden brown.
  • Cut into diagonals shape.
  • Enjoy Thai Chicken toast with sauce or dip of your choice.
