KEEMA PARATHA (MUTTON MINCE STUFFED FLAT BREAD)

INGREDIENTS


Mutton mince 250 gm  
Oil 2 tsp
Onion medium finely chopped 1
Garlic clove minced 2
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Dry mango powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Hot spices powder 1/2 tsp
Green coriander chopped 2 tbsp
boiling water 1/2 cup 
Salt to taste
                                                                                                                                                                      


FOR DOUGH



Wheat flour 1 cup

All purpose flour 1 cup

Sugar 1 tsp

Salt 1 tsp 

oil 2 tbsp

ghee/oil/butter for fry the paratha

METHOD  


  • In a pan, add oil and onion, fry until translucent. Add the  mutton mince and cook for three minutes.
  • Add the rest of ingredients except water and chopped coriander leaves, stir for three more minutes.
  • Add boill water and let it cook until the beef is done and the water evaporates. Add the coriander leaves and stir for 1 minute.
  • cool it down and fill in any thing.
  • In a large bowl,add flour,salt,sugar,oil and mix.
  • Add water and knead well to form a dough,cover and let it rest for 20 minutes.
  • Take a small dough and make a ball,coat in dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
  • Place an equal amount of mince filling and bring together all the sides in the center and seal tightly like shown in the picture
  • Coat in dry flour and roll out with the help of rolling pin.
  • Heat a non-stick pan  and fry the paratha using little ghee/oil/butter. 
  • Remove it and put it on a kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
  • Follow the same procedure to make more parathas.
  • Cut each flatbread into 4 pieces.
  • serve with salad,yogurt, pickle or any dish of your choice.
