CHINESE BEEF CHILLI DRY
A delicious and quick recipe of chinese dry beef chilli that is going to give you the taste of authentic Chinese food.PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins COOKING TIME: 30 mins SERVING: 4
INGREDIENTS
Oil 3 tbsp
Beef Strips 500 gm (Undercut only)
Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Soy Sauce 2 tbsp
Grounded black pepper 1 & 1/2 tbsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Green Chilies 9-10 (cut into strips)
White Vinegar 1 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt to taste or 1 tsp
Corn Flour 1 tsp
Bell pepper 1 (cut into strips)
METHOD
- In a bowl add beef strips, soy sauce, black pepper, sugar, salt and corn flour,vinegar and mix it well. Leave the beef for 30 mins for good marinating.
- Heat the oil in a wok and stir fry the garlic then add marinated beef into it. Stir fry on medium heat until beef is done.
- Add the strips of bell pepper and chillies stir fry on high for 2-3 minutes
- Serve with rice of your choice.
