MUTTON CHOPS FRY
Delicious mutton chops fry recipe that can be prepare as side dish of your dinner.These are perfect to entertain with and serve with ketchup or any favourite dip.PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins COOKING TIME: 40-45 mins SERVING: 3-4
INGREDIENTS
Mutton Chops 750 gm
Turmeric Powder 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tsp
Crushed red chili 2 tsp
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Bread Crumbs to Coat
Eggs whisked 2
Oil for Deep Fry
Water 3 cups
Plain flour 3 tbsp
METHOD
- In a pan add mutton chops along with turmeric powder, 1 tsp ginger garlic paste, salt, water and cook until the meat becomes tender.
- Drain the excess water from the mutton chops and allow it to cool down.
- For marination:
- Take a bowl add ginger garlic paste, cumin powder, coriander powder, crushed red chili, salt, vinegar, mutton chops and mix well.
- Marinate mutton chops in to the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Dip the Marinated chops in flour, whisked eggs and bread crumbs and deep fry on medium heat till golden brown.
- Tasty fried mutton chops are ready. Serve hot with ketchup or any favorite dip.
