INGREDIENTS
Chicken boneless cubes 250 gm
Chickpea flour 1 & 1/2 Cup
Onion 1 sliced
Coriander fresh chopped 1/2 cup
Green chili chopped 2
Cumin 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chat masala ½ tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp
Coriander seeds (crushed) 1 tbsp
Carom seeds (Ajwain) 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder 1 tsp
Water as you required
METHOD
- Take a large bowl and add boneless chicken, onion, Cumin, red chili powder, garlic, salt, coriander
- seeds,carom seeds (ajwain),fresh coriander, chat masala, green chili, and mix it well.
- Take another bowl add chickpea flour, turmeric powder, baking soda and mix it well and add water as you required and mix it well. Your batter should be normal form, not too thick and not too thin.
- Now add the chicken in chickpea flour batter, and mix it well, and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Add oil in a wok and heat it.
- Add the chicken pieces into the oil and deep fry them until they turn golden red on medium flame for 12 minutes.
- Stir the chicken pieces up and down while frying.
- Remove the fried chicken pieces from oil.
- Serve with tamarind chutney and ketchup...
