NOODLE PAKORA FOR RAMADAN

Everyone wants a new pakora recipe in Ramadan. Make these crispy noodles pakoras with these simple ingredients. Enjoy with green chutney, any of your favorite dip or a simple tomato sauce. 


PREPARATION TIME: 15 mins        COOKING TIME: 20 mins   SERVING: 4

INGREDIENTS

Noodles (boiled)  100 gm 
Salt to taste 
Red chili flakes 1 tsp 
Roasted Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Coriander crushed seeds 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Baking soda 1/4 tsp  
Green chilies chopped 3-4 
Coriander leaves 2-3 tbsp
Potatoes thinly sliced 1/2 cup 
Onion thinly sliced 1/2 cup 
Carrot thinly sliced 1/2 cup  
Gram flour 1 cup 

METHOD
  • Take a large mixing bowl to add all the mentioned vegetables, spices, gram flour, and baking soda.
  • Now add noodles and mix well. 
  • Fry the mixture until golden brown and crispy. 
  • Hot crispy noodles pakora are ready to serve with green chutney, any of your favorite dip or a simple tomato sauce.
