Onion chopped 1

Beef mince 500 gm
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Fresh coriander 2 tbsp
Onion 2 tbsp
Breadcrumbs 1/2 cup
Tomato paste 2 tbsp (optional)
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Egg 1
Grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup
Oil (for frying) 3 tbsp

METHOD
FOR MEATBALLS:- In a large bowl add mince meat, ginger, onion, coriander, bread crumbs, tomato paste, salt, black pepper, egg and Parmesan cheese mix it well.
- Shape into 2 inch size meatballs. You will have 14 to 16 meatballs.
- Heat up 3 Tbsp oil place the meatballs in the oil and brown them well on all sides over medium-low heat, turning carefully with a spatula or a fork. This should take about 10 minutes. remove meatballs and set aside.
- For the sauce, In the same pan, add more oil if needed and fry onion until light golden brown. Then add garlic and fry for a minute.
- Now add chopped tomatoes, red chilli, salt, black pepper, Bring it to a light boil, then add fried meatballs cover it and simmer on the lowest heat for 25 to 30 minutes until meatballs are tender and sauce will be thickens.
- Now add the boil spaghetti in the sauce mix it well.
- Serve hot in a platter, garnish with Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
