 INGREDIENTS

Mutton 1 kg
Onion sliced 2
Tomatoes 3
Ginger garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
Cooking oil 3/4 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Cumin Powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Red Chili powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Dried fenugreek leaves 1 tsp
whole spice powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Ginger cut in julienne (for garnish)
Green chilies 7-8 
Green coriander 1/2 bunch

METHOD
  • In a cooking pan, or deep wok add cooking oil, ginger garlic paste, meat and fry for 5-7 minutes. or until meat change its color.
  • Now add onion, tomatoes, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, mix well, then add yogurt and mix well.   
  • Cover with lid and cook for 45 minutes on medium heat or until meat is tender.
  • Add whole spice powder and dried fenugreek leaves,mix well and cook for 4-5 minutes.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves, green chilies and ginger.
  • serve with naan and raita. ENJOY!!
