CHICKEN NUGGETS

Chicken Nuggets is a basic and delicious starter recipe and can be made at home very easily. Here’s a simple way of preparing this recipe by following a few simple steps.



PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins        COOKING TIME:15 -20 mins            SERVING: 7

INGREDIENTS

Chicken boneless 500 gm
Fresh coriander  handful
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp 
White Pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Paprika 1/2 tsp
Garlic paste 1 tsp 
Salt 1 tsp  
Plain flour 1/2 cup 
Bread crumbs 1 cup 
Egg 1
Oil (for deep frying) as required

METHOD

  • In a chopper add chicken, garlic paste, black pepper, white pepper, salt, paprika and fresh coriander 
  • put this mixture in the fridge for 10 minutes
  • After 10 minutes put it out, grease your hands make small nugget shapes from the meat. 
  • Coat them in plain flour.
  • Beat an egg. 
  • Dip in egg and after that coat in bread crumbs. 
  • Heat some oil in a pan. 
  • Deep fry the nuggets until golden brown
  • Your tasty Chicken Nuggets now ready to serve.
Tip: You can also freeze them with the coatings and fry whatever point you need
