POTATO FINGER
A perfect crispy snack that has melt in the mouth texture. Serve with mayonnaise & tomato ketchup the ingredients used are easily available at home, and these are very yummy and very crispy.This potato fingers are exciting snack for kids and the best bit is that it's made at home.

INGREDIENTS
Semolina 4 tbsp
Water 4 tbsp
Cooking oil 1 tsp
Potatoes 4 boiled
Salt 1/2 tbsp or to taste
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Chat masala 1/2 tsp
Fresh coriander chopped ¼ Cup
Plain flour 1 cup
Cooking oil for frying

METHOD
- In saucepan, add water,cooking oil and bring it to boil. add semolina and stir continuously. Turn off the flame and cover the pan wit a lid.
- Take a bowl and mash the boiled potatoes. Make sure there are no lumps.
- Add chat masala,salt,red chili, black pepper,cumin, coriander powder, fresh coriander and mix until well combined.
- Now add cooked semolina mixture and mix well.
- Take a little ball sized dough making sure to grease hand with oil to prevent from sticking.
- make a cylindrical shape to a finger length.
- roll in plain flour to get extra crispiness.
- deep fry in hot oil or bake at 180-degree celsius for 20 minutes.
- stir occasionally, keeping the flame on medium.
- Fry the potato fingers in the oil until golden brown color. Take them out on a kitchen towel to absorb the extra oil.
- And repeat the process.
- Once done serve it with Mayonnaise & Tomato Ketchup.
