INGREDIENTS
Strawberry 750 gmSugar 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
METHOD
- Clean and wash the strawberries.
- Remove the top of strawberries and cut in to a small peaces.
- Mix the sugar in strawberries and leave it for 2 hour or overnight. the sugar will be semi liquid.
- Add strawberries and lemon juice in a pan and cook for 25-30 minutes on medium high heat.
- If you like chunks in your jam then press it with potato masher.
- But if u like it smooth,blend it with hand blender.
- To check,pour small amount of jam on a frozen plate if it doesn't drip,its done.
- Remove from flame.
- Keep it in Sterilize glass jar...
HOW TO STORE STRAWBERRY JAM?
you can store strawberry jam in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, or freeze in freezer-safe glass jars or plastic jars for up to 1 year.
