LOW SUGAR STRAWBERRY JAM 

Strawberry flavor is almost liked by all. Strawberry is full of vitamins, potassium, calcium and phosphorus which are essential for healthy life.

Homemade low sugar strawberry jam! Have fresh strawberries? Make this jam! So delicious and much lower in sugar than traditional recipes. 
 Try out this recipe, then make it your own as you discover new twists to this favorite recipes. Strawberries, lemon juice and sugar combine to create this homemade strawberry jam.

PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins        COOKING TIME: 30 mins        SERVING: 6

INGREDIENTS                   

Strawberry 750 gm
Sugar 1 cup
Lemon juice 1 tbsp

METHOD
  •  Clean and wash the strawberries.
  • Remove the top of strawberries and cut in to a small peaces.
  • Mix the sugar in strawberries and leave it for 2 hour or overnight. the sugar will be semi liquid.
  • Add strawberries and lemon juice in a pan and cook for 25-30 minutes on medium high heat.
  • If you like chunks in your jam then press it with potato masher.
  • But if u like it smooth,blend it with hand blender.
  • To check,pour small amount of jam on a frozen plate if it doesn't drip,its done.
  • Remove from flame.
  • Keep it in Sterilize glass jar...

HOW TO STORE STRAWBERRY JAM?
you can store strawberry jam in the refrigerator for up to 3 weeks, or freeze in freezer-safe glass jars or plastic jars for up to 1 year.
