We are going to cook Popular starter Chicken recipe,yes you are right, its Chicken lollipop very tasty,kids favourite and very easy to cook. Chicken Lollipop is finger licking and mouth watering  starter recipe. It is spicy and tasty and also one of the popular cuisine..



PREPARATION TIME: 15 mins        COOKING TIME: 12 mins            SERVING: 5

INGREDIENTS

FOR  MARINATION:

Chicken wings 1/2 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Black pepper 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tsp
Ginger Garlic paste 3 tsp
Oil for deep frying

FOR BATTER:

All purpose flour 4-5 tbsp
Corn flour 3 tsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Chilli sauce 2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 2 tsp
Egg 1
Water as required
Aluminum foil

METHOD
  • See the procedure of cutting chicken lolly pops in the above picture.
  • Marinate the chicken with salt, black pepper, soy sauce, ginger and garlic paste and let it rest for 30-45 minutes.
  • Make batter by adding all purpose flour, corn flour, salt, black pepper, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, egg and whisk it properly and then add water to make thick batter.
  • Heat some oil in the pan.
  • Dip the marinated chicken wings into the batter.
  • And fry them into the heated oil for 10-12 minutes depending on the size of the chicken.
  • Once they are cooked properly take them off.
  • Cover the bones with aluminum foil
  • Chicken Lollipop is ready to be served with sweet and chilli sauce.
