CHICKEN DONUTS

INGREDIENTS



Chicken mince 300 gram (ground in a food processor)

Potato 1 medium size

Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp

Hot spices powder 1/2 tsp

Cumin powder 1 tsp

Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp

Onion 1 finely chopped

Green chilli 2 (according to taste)

Ginger and garlic paste 1 tsp

Coriander leaves 2 tbsp 

All purpose flour 1/4 cup

Chickpea flour – 1 tbsp

Bread crumbs 1 cup or as required

Egg 1 (beaten)

Salt to taste

Oil for deep frying

METHOD


  • Boil and mashed the potato.finely chopped the coriander, green chilli, and onion.
  • Take a large bowl add mashed potato, chicken mince, onion, ginger garlic paste, green chilli, green coriander, black pepper powder, hot spices powder, cumin powder, red chilli powder and salt mix it well.
  • To this add all purpose flour, chickpea flour.
  • Grease your hands with oil,take a mixture,make 16-18 balls and flatten into 1/2 inch thickness.
  • Now take a small circle shape cutter and cut it into center and the donuts shape is ready.Dip into beaten eggs then coat in bread crumbs
  • In a deep pan heat oil over medium low flame,make sure that the oil is not too hot, or else the snack will not get cooked inside properly.
  • Fry it in the oil till golden brown turning the sides occasionally. Move the fried chicken donuts to a paper towel and remove excess oil. Serve hot with tomato ketchup and mayonnaise.

NOTES

Coat the chicken donuts in eggs and breadcrumbs, at that point store in the freezer for up to 3 weeks. To cook them, just deep fry from frozen.
