CRUNCHY FRIED ONION RINGS
Crunch, crunch, and so many crunches from the starting till ending. Once you feel the crunchy flavour of these fried onion rings you will never go for some other recipes. It is one of the perfect appetizers for friends gathering or any occasion!

INGREDIENTS
Onion 1 large
All purpose flour ½ cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Paprika powder 1 tbsp
Egg 1
Milk ¾ cup
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
salt to taste
Bread crumbs (as required)
Oil for frying

- Rinse the onion and cut into around 1/4 inch rings.
- Carefully separate the onion rings from one another (setting aside the smaller ones for other recipes)
- Combine the flour, baking powder, salt and paprika in a medium bowl.
- Coat every onion ring in the flour mixture and set aside.
- Take another large bowl add milk, egg, salt and the remaining flour mixture that you coated the onions rings, beat well until no lumps remain.
- Drop a ring in and roll it until it is completely covered in the batter.
- Place the ring into the bread crumbs and shake the bowl until completely coated.
- Repeat the process for all of the onion rings and set them aside on a plate.
- Add oil in a pan.when the oil is hot, Fry the rings, in batches, until they are golden brown. this will take 3 minutes or so, but there is really no set time.
- Take them on to paper towel to remove excess oil.
- Serve with your favourite dip and enjoy your super crispy onion rings.
