CHINESE TIKKA KABAB

Here we are sharing a chinese tikka kabab recipe, you can make it in your own kitchen. Just follow the steps described in this recipe. 



PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins        COOKING TIME: 15 mins            SERVING: 4-5

INGREDIENTS

Boneless chicken 500 gm (cut into 2 cm cubes)
Capsicum 2 (cut into 2 cm cubes)
Tomato 2 (cut into 2 cm cubes)
Onion 2 (cut into thin wedges)
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Crushed red pepper 1 tsp
Vinegar 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Chili garlic sauce 2 tbsp
Egg white 1
All purpose flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 4 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Oil 1/4 cup

METHOD
  • Marinate the chicken with lemon juice, salt, red pepper, vinegar, soy sauce, chili garlic sauce, egg white, all purpose flour, corn flour, black pepper and ginger garlic paste.
  • Cover and put this marinated chicken in refrigerate for 2 hours.
  • After 2 hours, decorate your chicken tikka kebab with tomato, capsicum, onions in a kabab sticks.
  • Now heat oil and fry kabab sticks until it is ready.
  • Serve it with rice and cucumber.
