Mayonnaise 1/2 cup
Cream 4 tbsp
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp to
Red chilly flakes 1/2 tsp (optional)

Lemon juice 2 tsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
caster sugar 1 tbsp
OTHER INGREDIENTS-
Potatoes 2
Carrots 2
Peas boiled ½ cup
Cucumber 2
Apple 1 (peeled cut in cubes)
Pineapple 1 cup (tiny cubes)
METHOD
- Peel and cut all the vegetables in cubes, boil potatoes, peas, carrots and. Let them cool.
- Mix all veggies and fruits in a bowl,Then add mayonnaise, cream,salt, black paper, red chili flakes, lemon juice, mustard paste and sugar.
- Mix well,Russian Salad is now ready to serve.
- Tips: Boiled chicken can also be added to the salad.
