KEEMA KACHORI

Kachori is a one of the famous Pakistani Street Food. Keema kachori is most delicious kachori & it is made with fresh mince & special Pakistani spices and best serve with dips or sauce.  



PREPARATION TIME: 25 mins        COOKING TIME:30 mins   SERVING: 3

INGREDIENTS

For dough:
All-purpose flour 2 & 1/2 Cups 
Salt 1 tsp or to taste 
Oil 1 tbs 
Water as required 
For filling:
Oil 2 tbs 
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp 
Minced beef 400 g
Red chili powder 1 tsp 
Salt to taste
green chilies chopped 3
Cumin 1 tbsp 
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp 
Onion chopped 1    
Oil for frying 

METHOD                 
  • In bowl, add flour, oil, salt, water and mix it well.
  • Gradually add water and knead until dough is formed, keep in the room temperature for 20 minutes.
  • In a cooking pan,,add oil,garlic and fry until light brown.
  • Add beef mince and mix well until changes color, then add red chili powder,salt, green chilies, cumin, coriander seeds, onion mix well and cook for 10 minutes.  
  • Take a dough and make a small balls,grease working surface with oil and flatten the dough with the help of the hands.
  • In the center of the dough,, add beef mixture and,press and seal all edges.Press gently and prick with skewer.
  • Refrigerate the kachoris for 10-15 minutes. 
  • In a wok, heat oil on medium heat for 3-5 minutes and deep fry the kachoris untill golden brown. 
  • Place them on a kitchen towel or absorbent paper. 
  • Your tasty Keema Kachori now ready to serve.
