TANDOORI CHICKEN TIKKA

INGREDIENTS
Chicken tikka 4 pieces
Yogurt whisked 4 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Cumin seeds (roasted & crushed) 1 & 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Chaat masala 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili powder 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander seeds (roasted & crushed) 1 & 1/2 tsp
Salt 1 & 1/2 tsp or to taste
Yellow food color 1/4 tsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Cooking oil 1 tbsp
METHOD
- Add marks/cuts on chicken tikka pieces.
- Take a large bowl, add yogurt,ginger-garlic paste, cumin seeds, red chili powder, chaat masala, Kashmiri red chili powder,garam masala powder, coriander seeds, salt, yellow food color, lemon juice, oil and mix well.
- Put chicken tikka pieces into the bowl mix well.
- Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for 4-6 hours or overnight.
- Heat BBQ grill/pan and grill from all sides until done and basting with oil.

- Bake in a preheated oven at 180 C for 30-40 minutes.
- Garnish with the lemon wedges and the sliced onion. Tandoori Chicken Tikka is ready to serve. ENJOY!
