HOMEMADE WHITE BREAD

INGREDIENTS
Plain Flour 500 gm
Sugar 1 tbsp
Whole milk 1/2 cup
Oil 4 tbsp
Eggs 1
Instant Yeast 1 & 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Warm Water as You Required
METHOD
- In a large bowl add flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast mix well.
- Add egg, oil, milk mix it with the help of your hands and keep adding the water slowly to form a soft dough.
- Now dust flour on the working surface and add the dough and knead it with your palms for 10 minutes.
- Rest the dough in a greased bowl, & cover until it doubles in size.
- Once it's doubled, take it out and again knead it for 2 to 3 minutes.
- Grease the loaf pan and add the dough in it, grease the dough top lightly and leave it the dough again double in size.
- Preheat the oven and bake it on 200 c, gas mark 6 and 400 f, for 25 minutes or till the top gets brown.
- White Bread is ready to be served.
