EASY TAHINI PASTE RECIPE – BETTER THAN STORE-BOUGHT
Homemade tahini paste is so easy to make. This recipe is quick and makes tahini that tastes so much better than anything you can buy at the store. This creamy, rich, and luxurious tahini paste is irreplaceable in hummus and is widely used for salad dressings Arabic dishes and many more.PREPARATION TIME: 5 mins COOKING TIME:4-5 mins
INGREDIENTS
Sesame seeds 1 Cup
Olive oil 1/4 Cup
METHOD
- In a large frying pan, add sesame seeds and toast until seeds become fragrant and changes color & let it cool.
- In a high-speed food processor or blender add roasted sesame seeds and olive oil, blend until creamy.
- Tahini paste is ready.
- Notes:
- Transfer tahini pastes into a jar and store for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
