MUTTON WHITE KARAHI

INGREDIENTS
Mutton 500 gm
Onion (finely sliced) 1
Yogurt (whisked) 1 Cup
Cooking oil 1/4 Cup
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper (crushed) 1 tbsp
Coriander seeds (crushed & roasted) 1 tbsp
Cumin (crushed & roasted) 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Water as required
Green chilies (divided) 4-5
Fresh coriander chopped 1/4 cup
Ginger julienne 1 inch piece
METHOD
- Heat oil in a wok and fry onions for 1-2 minutes, then add ginger & garlic paste and mix well..
- Now add mutton and fry on high heat until meat change the colour.
- Add black pepper, cumin & coriander seed, salt and mix well.
- Add water mix and cover the lid. Cook on low flame 40-50 minutes or until meat is tender.
- Add whisked yogurt mix well & cook on high flame until oil separates, then add green chilies, ginger and coriander leaves.
- Your tasty mutton white karahi is ready, Serve it with naan.
