INGREDIENTS
Ghee 1/2 cup
Boiled sella rice 500 gm
Sugar 350 gm
Water 1 cup
Milk solids (Khoya) 1/2 cup
Ashrafi 100 gm
Green cardamom 4-5
Cashew nuts 4 tbsp
Pistachios 4 tbsp
Almond 4 tbsp
Coconut 4 tbsp
Raisins 4 tbsp
Red green and yellow color few drops each
Colored cham cham 1 cup
METHOD
- Heat ghee in a pan add green cardamom fry for 1 sec.
- Then add sugar, water and cook until sugar dissolves.
- Now add boiled sela rice in sugar syrup, mix well. cook for 8-10 minutes on high flame till syrup dries.
- Add dry nuts, khoya, ashrafi, cham cham, add few drops of red, yellow, green color, leave it on dum for 15-20 minutes on a low flame.
- Delicious Mutanjan is ready to serve.
