NO-MACHINE VANILLA ICE CREAM

Vanilla is the king of ice cream flavors. Vanilla ice cream is a great taste of ice cream that makes you fresh during hottest summer season. And the best part is that you can top it off with whatever toppings you like. Be it a wafer, sprinkles or syrup. 



Here’s the recipe for creamy and yummy no-machine vanilla ice cream that only requires four ingredients!

PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins        COOKING TIME: 0 mins            SERVING: 4

INGREDIENTS

Heavy cream or double cream 500 ml (chilled)
Sweetened condensed milk 250 ml
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Salt 2 pinches






METHOD
  • In a large bowl, combine heavy cream or double cream and condensed milk. 
  • Using an electric hand mixer at medium-high speed beat for about 5 – 6 minutes until creamy.
  • Add vanilla extract, salt and continue to beat for about 1 – 2 minutes until firm peaks form. 
  • Transfer to a container and freeze for 6 - 8 hrs or overnight.
  • Serve this yummy ice cream and take rewards.
