Almost each and every fried or baked snack can be eaten with the green Chutney.Green chutney is a flavorful condiment made with fresh mint,coriander, garlic, ginger, and coriander.It is one of the most basic chutney that is eaten with all kinds of snacks, chats and specially in ramadan .....
There are various health benefits of including this chutney in your diet. This mint chutney helps reduce weight and full of greens. As it is low in fat, all the calorie conscious people can eat tension-free. This spicy dip with a nice aroma of fresh mint leaves is great for digestion.
PREPARATION TIME: 5 mins SERVING: 4
INGREDIENTS
Green coriander 1 cupMint leaves 1/2 cup
Garlic clove 2
Ginger 2 inch
Green chillies 3
Salt to taste
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Water 3 tbsp
METHOD
- In a blender or food processor put in all the ingredients and blend to a smooth paste.
- Adjust the consistency of the water as required.
NOTE:
- Stored in an airtight container in the fridge your green chutney should last at least 1 week.
