Chicken mince 300 gm
Onion medium chopped 1
Mayonnaise 2 tbs
White pepper 1/2 tsp
Paprika powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Green onion chopped 1
Woton wrap 25-30
oil for deep frying

METHOD
- chicken mince with onion, green onion, mayonnaise, soy sauce, salt, white pepper, paprika powder mix well.
- In small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
- Now take each sheet add a teaspoon of filling in the middle, brush flour paste around the sides of the sheet and seal it making a triangle shape, then with your finger press at the bottom and join the sides together.(see picture)
- Heat oil to fry the wontons, it should not be boiling hot as the mince needs to cook from inside out.
- Now fry them till golden brown.
- Serve hot with sweet a & chilli sauce or any dip.
- ENJOY///
- Can be stored up to one month in freezer.
