Beef/Mutton (mince meat) 500 gm
Onion (medium size chopped) 3
Green coriander (chopped) 1/2 bunch
Green chillies (chopped) 3
salt 1 tsp or (to taste)
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Red chilli (crushed) 1 tsp or (to taste)
Coriander seeds(crushed) 1 tbsp
Samosa sheet as needed
Cooking oil for frying
For Sealing Samosa (Flour Glue)
All-purpose flour 2 tbsp
Water as required

METHOD
- In frying pan,add mince and mix well until changes color.
- Then add all spices and cook for 5 minutes
- When cooked mince beef has cooled down, then add onion, coriander leaves and green chilli. just mix every thing together.
- In small bowl,add all-purpose flour,water and mix well to make a smooth paste & set aside.
- Now lets make a samosa,Take samosa sheet and make pocket,add filling in the center and roll into the shape of samosa and seal corners with all-purpose flour & water paste.make other samosas.(see picture)
- In wok,heat cooking oil and fry samosa until golden brown.
- Serve hot samosa with mint chutney & tamarind chutney.
- Can be freeze in air tight container for up to 1 month.
