CHICKEN FRIED STICKS
A unique and innovative way of making the most popular recipe of Chicken fried sticks.Boneless chicken 500 gm (cut in 2 inch cubes)
Meat tenderizer 1/2 tsp OR papaya paste 1 tbsp
chat masala 1/2 tsp
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Black pepper 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Egg beaten as required

METHOD
- In a large bowel add chicken cubes, meat tenderizer or raw papaya, Chat masala, Tikka masala, Ginger & garlic, black pepper, and Salt and marinate for 3 hours.
- Put on wooden skewers or tooth picks.
- Prepare all sticks and dip in beaten eggs.
- In wok,heat oil and fry until golden brown.
- serve hot with mint chutney.
