KEEMA MACARONI (MINCE MACARONI)
Keema macaroni or mince macaroni is a super tasty & delicious dish to serve family members or guests.PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins COOKING TIME: 30 mins SERVING: 4
INGREDIENTS
Oil 2 tbsp
Ginger chopped 1 tbsp
Onion chopped 1
Beef mince 300 gm
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Tomatoes (purred) 1/2 cup
Herb seasoning 1/2 tsp
Tomato ketchup 1/4 cup
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Water 1/2 Cup or as required
Fresh coriander leaves chopped 1 tbs
Boiled macaroni 200 gm
Grated cheese (optional)
Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- Heat oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat add garlic,onion and mix well for few minutes.
- Add minced meat and cook until changes color.
- Add red chili powder, salt, herb seasoning, tomatoes pureed & ketchup, soy sauce, water,Cover and cook on low flame for 12-15 minutes.
- Add boiled macaroni give it a good mix to ensure all spices covers the macaroni, & cook on low flame for 3-4 minutes.
- Now add fresh coriander leaves, grated cheese and sprinkle some crushed red chili,cover and cook on low flame until is completely cheese melts.
- Your Delicious keema macaroni is ready to serve.
