KACHE KEEMA KE KABAB

PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins        COOKING TIME: 20 mins   SERVING: 2-3

INGREDIENTS

Beef mince 300 gm
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbs
Onion (finely chopped) 2
Green chilies (finely chopped) 4
Fresh coriander (finely chopped) 1/4 cup
mint leaves (finely chopped) 2 tbsp
Egg 1
Coriander seeds crushed 1 tbs
Cumin seeds 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 & ½ tsp
All spice powder 1/2
Salt to taste
Chickpea powder 2-3 tbs
Cooking oil for frying

METHOD
  • In a large bowl add beef mince,ginger garlic paste,onion,green chilies, fresh coriander & mint leaves, egg, salt,coriander seeds, cumin powder,red chili powder,all spice powder,chickpea powder, mix well and leave for few moments.
  • Apply oil or water on hands,take a mixture and make a kebabs and fry in oil on low flame until brown.
  • Serve with chutney and raita.
