Delicious Beef Seekh Kebab are bursting with flavor and are very easy to make Seekh kebab which literally translates to ‘kebab on a skewer’, is made an outdoor grill. Seek kebabs are molded into cylindrical shapes on a skewer and put on coals that help in adding the much-needed taste of a bbq meal.You can prepare it easily at home and enjoy the happy moments with your family.
PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins COOKING TIME: 12-15 mins SERVING: 3
For Masala:
Roasted gram 2 tbsp
Poppy Seeds 1 tbsp
Black pepper 6-7
Cloves 5
Caraway Seeds 1 tsp
Cinnamon 1 stick
Roast all the above ingredients and grind them into fine powder.
For Kabab:
Beef Mince 500 gm
Egg 1
Coriander Leaves 1/4 cup
Green chilies chopped 4
Onions Fried and crushed 2-3 tbsp
Salt 2 tsp or to taste
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Roasted Cumin Powder 1 tbsp
Raw Papaya Paste 2 tbs
Ginger garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Bread Slices 3 without corners
Oil as required
METHOD
- In beef mince add all ingredients except oil and also masala which was grinded earlier.
- Chop all ingredients in a chopper until well combined and refrigerate for at least 2 hour.
- To make the kababs:
- prepare hot coals on barbecue grill.
- Using about 1/4 cup mixture for each kabab.
- Adjust the kababs on grills using oil in your palm and on grills.
- BBQ them 6-8 minutes by keep turning around.
- Once cooked, gently remove the kababs from the skewers with the help of a napkin.
- To serve with chutney sprinkle some chat masala and lemon juice on the kababs.
