INGREDIENTS
Cherry tomatoes 8 cut in halvesCarrot julienne 1 medium size
Cucumber 1 medium size chopped
lettuce 1 cup chopped
Olive oil 1 tbsp
lemon juice 2 tbsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Black pepper 1/4 tsp
Green chili 1 chopped
Coriander chopped 2 tbsp
Onion thick sliced 1/2 of a big size
Hard boiled egg 1-2 piece
METHOD
- Peel your hard-boiled eggs and transfer to a cutting board, and slice into thick slices.
- Place chopped lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber, onion, carrot, green chili, egg, and chopped coriander into a large salad bowl.
- Drizzle with 1 Tbsp olive oil and 2 Tbsp lemon juice. Toss gently to combine.
- Just before serving, toss with 1/4 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp black pepper.
