Today we are going to share with you a mouth-watering and tasty Chinese Recipe easy to cook with healthy and tasty ingredients known as an Easy Chicken Chow Mein Recipe.

For Chow mein sauce:
Oyster sauce 2 tbsp
Soy sauce 3 tbs
Sesame oil 2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 & 1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Corn flour 3-4 tbsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Other ingredients:
Chicken boneless cut in strips 500 gm
Oil 2-3 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2 tbsp
Cabbage shredded 2 Cups
Carrot julienne 1 Cup
Capsicum julienne 1 Cup
Green onion white part julienne 1/2 Cup
Vinegar 2-3 tbsp
Boiled Egg noddles 2 packets
Salt 1 tsp or to taste
Green onion julienne 1/2 Cup
Black pepper crushed 1 tsp
Chow mein sauce 1 tbsp
METHOD
- Take a small bowl,add oyster sauce,soy sauce,sesame oil,sugar,black pepper powder,white pepper powder,corn flour and mix well.Chow mein sauce is ready.
- In chicken add 1 tbsp of chow mein sauce,mix well and marinate for 25 minutes.
- In pan heat up oil and fry garlic for 2 seconds. and marinated chicken,stir-fry until water dries.
- Then add carrots, capsicum, cabbage, onion white part and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
- Add remaining chow mein sauce,vinegar and mix well.
- Add egg noodles, salt, green onion and stir-fry for 2 minutes on high flame, then sprinkle crushed black pepper.
- Your delicious Chicken Chow Mein now ready to serve..
