CHICKEN AND POTATO KABAB

Chicken & Potato kabab gives very delicious and tasty flavor, it is the combination of boiled Potato and Chicken.You can shallow fry them or pan fry them, and serve with ketchup or any favorite dip..




PREPARATION TIME: 15-20 mins        COOKING TIME: 15 mins         SERVING: 5

INGREDIENTS

Chicken (boneless Boiled & shredded) 1 cup
Potatoes Boiled 250 gm  
Whole spices powder (garam masala powder ) 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Cumin seeds 1 tsp 
White pepper powder 1/2 tsp 
Soy sauce 1 tbs 
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp 
Garlic paste 1 tsp
Green chilies Chopped 3 
Coriander 4 tbsp 
Mint leaves 3 tbsp  
Egg 1  
Breadcrumbs 1 cup 
Oil for frying

METHOD
  • In bowl,add boiled potatoes and mash it.
  • Add shredded chicken ,whole spice powder,salt,cumin seeds,white pepper powder,soy sauce,black pepper powder,garlic paste,green chilies,coriander,mint leaves,mix well to combine and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
  • Take mixture Shape into round kababs.
  • Dip in beaten egg and coat in breadcrumbs.
  • In frying pan,add oil and kabab/patty, shallow fry on both sides until golden and crispy.
  • Drain onto kitchen towels and serve with ketchup or any favorite dip & Enjoy!
