INGREDIENTS
Milk 1 liter
Sugar 4 tbsp or to taste
Colored Vermicelli 1/2 Cup
Rabri 1/2 cup
Cream 1/2 Cup
Fruit cocktail,Canned, drained 1 Cup
Dry fruits chopped 1/4 cup
Red jelly 1 packet
Green jelly 1 packet
Small Gulab Jamun 12
Milk 4 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbs or as required
- Boil milk in a pan ,add sugar cook till sugar dissolve.
- Add colored vermicelli,mix well and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes and keep mixing in between.
- In milk,add corn flour and mix well.
- Gradually add dissolve corn flour,mix well and cook until it thickens.
- Let is completely cool down.
- Add rabri,cream, fruit cocktail, dry fruits, half gulab jaman, half jelly chunks, and mix them well.
- In serving glass,add doodh dulari,remaining red and green jelly cubes, and gulab jamun.
- Serve this yummy dessert.
