Doodh Dulari Recipe is famous dessert in Indo Pak. Rich with conventional fixings like milk, corn flour, shaded vermicelli, jelly, Rubri, fruit cocktail, gulab 
jamun, and cream. Follow the recipe to make the perfect doodh dulari for your family and friends on this happiest day of Eid..




PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins        COOKING TIME: 20-25 mins            SERVING: 5

INGREDIENTS

Milk 1 liter
Sugar 4 tbsp or to taste
Colored Vermicelli 1/2 Cup
Rabri 1/2 cup  
Cream 1/2 Cup 
Fruit cocktail,Canned, drained 1 Cup
Dry fruits chopped 1/4 cup
Red jelly 1 packet
Green jelly 1 packet
Small Gulab Jamun 12
Milk 4 tbsp 
Corn flour 2 tbs or as required

METHOD
  • Boil milk in a pan ,add sugar cook till sugar dissolve.
  • Add colored vermicelli,mix well and cook on low flame for 6-8 minutes and keep mixing in between.
  • In milk,add corn flour and mix well.
  • Gradually add dissolve corn flour,mix well and cook until it thickens.
  • Let is completely cool down.
  • Add rabri,cream, fruit cocktail, dry fruits, half gulab jaman, half jelly chunks, and mix them well. 
  • In serving glass,add doodh dulari,remaining red and green jelly cubes, and gulab jamun.
  • Serve this yummy dessert.
