WATERMELON POPSICLES

Watermelons are such great summer fruits. They're hydrating, light, and delicious.this Watermelon Popsicles is Cool, healthy and refreshing, made with 100% fruit, without any artificial colors or flavors! this is a delicious treat to help you cool down over the summer months. Serve with lime wedges.

PREPARATION TIME: 5 mins        COOKING TIME: 0 min           SERVING: 12

INGREDIENTS

Watermelon 4 cups
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Honey or Sugar 3 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch
Lime wedge 10

METHOD
  • Combine all the ingredients to a blender and pulse until juicy but with chunks of watermelon remaining.
  • Pour mixture into popsicle moulds, Cover with plastic wrap and insert a stick through the plastic into each pop.
  • Freeze for 8–10 hours or until completely frozen.
  • To serve, place the salt and sugar on separate plates. Dip one side of each lime wedge in the salt, then the other side in the sugar. Skewer a lime wedge through the bottom of each stick.
  •  Enjoy!
