HEALTHY CHICKEN SANDWICH
Today I thought of sharing something that is simple yet delicious and can be a great meal. I like making a healthy chicken sandwich often, it’s creamy, full of flavor, and extremely easy to prepare. These sandwiches are just perfect for picnic, tea time snack and lunch box for kids etc. If you have a tea party at your home and your friends are invited.You can make quick and easy healthy sandwiches by following this recipe.
PREPARATION TIME: 15 mins COOKING TIME: 20 mins SERVING: 3
INGREDIENTS
Boiled and shredded chicken 1 Cup
Mayonnaise 1 cup
Boiled eggs 2 chopped
White or Brown bread slices 6
Baby lettuce leaf (finely copped) 1/4 cup
Salt 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Garlic paste 1/2 tsp
Chili garlic sauce or Ketchup 1 tbsp
METHOD
- Take a pot add chicken and water and boil it for 15-20 mins.then shredded the chicken.
- In a large bowl add mayonnaise, salt, black pepper powder, garlic paste, chilli garlic sauce or ketchup and mix it well.
- Then put this batter into boiled and shredded chicken and also add chopped boiled eggs, lettuce leaf and mix it well.
- Now take bread slice and spoon this mixture over it and spread it, and cover with other bread slice and cut into a triangle.
- serve with french fries and ketchup...
