Who doesn't love cupcakes? The moist,perfect cupcake everyone will love.This cupcake recipe is so easy to make and result in the most delicious,soft and moist you would taste.Do give it a try. 



PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins             BAKING TIME : 25 mins            SERVING: 12


INGREDIENTS

All-purpose flour 2 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Egg 2 (at room temperature) 
Butter unsalted 1/2 cup (at room temperature) 
Baking powder 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Vanilla extract 1 tsp
Milk 1/2 cup

METHOD

  • Preheat oven to 375 degree.Place paper cupcake liners in a 12 cup muffin pan.
  • Sift the flour,salt and baking powder in a bowl.
  • Place the milk in a small bowl.Stir in the vanilla.
  • In a large mixing bowl add butter and sugar.Beat it until light and fluffy,about 3-4 minutes on medium speed.
  • Now add eggs,one at a time,mixing until the batter is light and creamy.
  • Add the dry ingredients beat for 1-2 minutes on medium speed.scrape side of bowl with a spatula. 
  • In last add milk and beat on high speed for 1 minute.
  • Spoon the batter into the muffin cups,filling each about three-quarters full.
  • Bake for 20 for 25 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • The cupcakes cool in the pan for 5-10 minutes before transferring them to wire racks to cool completely.
