CHINESE FRIED RICE

Chinese fried rice is popular in Pakistan and people rush to restaurant for eating these delicious rice.it is very popular Chinese food and fried egg, fried chicken are one of the most important ingredients.


I can eat this rice without any gravy because it tastes so yummy with all vegetables and chicken. Following is the best and easy recipe for Chinese fried rice.

PREPARATION TIME: 30 mins        COOKING TIME: 25 mins            SERVING: 4

INGREDIENTS

FOR  MARINATION:

Chicken breast 250 gm
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
Boiled rice 500 gm
Peas 1/2 cup 
Carrot 1/2 cup chopped
Spring onion white 2 chopped
Spring onion green 2 chopped
White onion 1 small
Eggs 2 (beaten)
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
White pepper ½ tsp
Black paper 1/2 tsp
Garlic 1 tsp (chopped)
Ginger 1 tsp (chopped)
Oil 2 tbsp



















METHOD
  • Marinate chicken with salt 1/2 tsp, white pepper 1/2 tsp , soy sauce 1 tbsp and keep it aside for 20 minutes.
  • Boil the rice with 1 tbsp salt.cut all the vegetable.
  • Heat oil in a wok, add ginger, garlic  and saute, then add  beaten eggs.
  • Add marinated chicken.stir fry 5 minutes.
  • Add all the chopped vegetables.cook for 3-4 minutes.
  • Take care that vegetables are not overdone, they should be crisp.
  • Add the cooked rice and mix well.then add salt,white and black pepper, soy sauce,.Cook the rice for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix well top with spring onion and serve hot.
