NO-BAKE STOVE CHICKEN PIZZA
Let's enjoy a delicious recipe of no-bake stove chicken pizza at home. I tried this recipe of no-bake stove chicken pizza last night and the result was fabulous. Now to make pizza you don’t need an oven. You can simply make it in a griddle/pan on your regular stove and the result is the same as the baked pizza.PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins COOKING TIME:8 mins SERVING: 4
INGREDIENTS
For Pizza Dough:
All-purpose flour 1 & 1/2 Cups
Instant yeast 3/4 tsp
Sugar 1 tsp
Salt 1/4 tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Water lukewarm 2/3 Cup or as required
Chicken Filling:
Cooking oil 2 tsp
Chicken boneless cubes 200 gm
Black pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Cumin Powder 1/2 tsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Red chili crushed 1 tsp
Dried oregano 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Onion sliced 1
Red Capsicum julienne 1/4 Cup
Green Capsicum julienne 1/4 Cup
Assembling:
Pizza sauce 1/4 Cup or as required
Cooked chicken filling
Mozzarella cheese grated 1/2 Cup or as required
Cheddar cheese grated 1/2 Cup or as required
Black olives
METHOD
For Pizza Dough:
- In a bowl, add all-purpose flour, instant yeast, sugar, salt, oil and mix well.
- Gradually add lukewarm water and knead until the dough is formed, cover, and let it rest for 2 hours or until dough is doubled in size.
- Fry the chicken in oil then add black pepper powder, cumin powder, salt, red chili powder, red chili crushed, dried oregano, lemon juice mix well, cover, and cook until the chicken is done.
- Remove from heat and add all vegetable mix well & set aside.
- Grease hands with oil and knead the dough again.
- On a working surface, sprinkle flour and make a round pizza base from dough with the help of a rolling pin. Preheat the griddle/pan, on the stove. Put the pizza base in a griddle/pan and prick with a fork.
- Cover and cook on very low flame for 2-3 minutes then flip carefully and grease with oil then turn off the flame.
- Now spread pizza sauce, cheddar cheese, cooked chicken and vegetable mixture, cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, black olives.
- Turn on the flame, cover and cook on low for 6-7 minutes or until cheese melts.
- Cut into slices & serve!
