Chicken and Noodle Cutlet is a Fusion recipe, which is loved by people of all age groups. This variation of the cutlet is a must-try appetizer at any party. It is easy to make and doesn't take much time.PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins COOKING TIME:15-20 mins SERVING: 4
INGREDIENTS
Boiled Noodles 2 Cup
Chicken boiled & shredded 1 Cup
Bread crumbs 1/2 Cup
Mozzarella cheese grated 1 Cup
Ginger & Garlic chopped 1 tbsp
Spring onion 1/2 cup
Fresh coriander & mint chopped 1/2 cup
Green chilies chopped 3-4
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder 1 tsp
Chicken powder 1 tsp optional
Cumin seeds crushed 1 tsp
Hot spice powder 1 tsp
Soy sauce 1 tbsp
White pepper powder 1 tsp
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
METHOD
- In a bowl, add boiled noodles, chicken boiled & shredded, bread crumbs, cheddar cheese, salt, black pepper powder, chicken powder, white pepper powder, ginger & garlic chopped, cumin seeds, soy sauce, fresh coriander & mint, green chilies, hot spice powder and mix well.
- Now grease hands with oil, take a mixture and make kababs of equal sizes & coat in bread crumbs.
- In a frying pan, add oil and fry kabab from both sides until golden brown.
- Chicken Noodle Cutlets is ready to serve with ketchup or dip of your choice.
