PREPARATION TIME: 20 mins        COOKING TIME: 35-40 mins    SERVING: 4

INGREDIENTS

Mutton 1 kg
Tomatoes (peeled & cut in two halves) 1/2 kg
Oil 1 Cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp 
Salt to taste
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp 
Cumin crushed 1 tbsp
Water 1 Cup or as required
Green chilies 4-5 
Ginger julienne
Fresh coriander 3-4 tbsp 


METHOD
  • In wok add mutton, salt, water, and ginger garlic paste, cover and cook on medium low flame for 25-30 minutes.
  • Now add oil,mix well and cook on high flame until oil separates then add peeled tomatoes cover the wok & cook until tomatoes are soft.
  • Add crushed cumin and black pepper, green chilies mix well and cook until oil separates.
  • Then garnish with ginger,fresh coriander & serve hot with naans..
