NARGISI KOFTA
Nargisi Kofta is a spicy, and delicious meatballs dish prepared with ground beef, added with spices, and herbs.You can serve it on your special occasion to receive multiple praises.

Beef Mince 500 gm
Eggs (Hard boiled) 4-5
Onion Sliced 1 medium
Red chili Crushed 1 tsp
white bread slices 2 (soak in 2 tbsp milk)
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Whole spice powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Green chili 2
Green coriander Handful
Oil for deep frying
For Gravy:
Oil 1/4 cup
Onion chopped finely 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Tomato paste 1/2 cup
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Whole spice powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Yogurt 1/4 cup
Green chili 2-3
Green coriander 2 tbsp
Whole spice powder 1/2 tsp
METHOD
- In chopper,add beef mince,onion, red chili crushed, ginger garlic paste, salt, green chili, green coriander, and bread slices chop until well combined.
- Take medium sized chunk of the mince meat mixture, flat it on your palm then put boiled egg and coat with a thick layer of mince.
- Heat oil in wok and deep fry kofta until golden brown and set aside.
- Take a pot add oil and onion and cook for 2 minutes then add ginger garlic paste and sauté.
- Now add tomato paste,red chili powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder,cuminpowder,salt and mix well, cover and cook until oil separates.
- Add yogurt and cook for 5 minutes then add deep fried kofta,green chili,green coriander,whole spice powder,cover and cook on low flame for 10-12 minutes.
- Your tasty Nargisi koftay is ready to serve.
