MAGICAL ONE-POT PASTA
One-pot pasta are an absolute magic trick. Cook pasta start to finish in one pot? No straining? And oh, wait — all the other ingredients for a delicious, well-rounded dinner cook right in the pot with the pasta? Amazing!
PREPARATION TIME: 13 mins COOKING TIME: 15 mins SERVING: 4
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 1 tsp
Onion chopped 1

Boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced into bite sized pieces 250 gm
Pasta, uncooked 200 gm
Tandori masala 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Tomato ketchup 3/4 cup
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Carrot 1/2 cup
Corn 1/2 cup
Water 3 cups
Coriander for garnish
METHOD
- Heat oil in a large pot over high heat add chopped garlic and saute for 20 second.
- Add chicken and cook until no pink is visible, then add onion and cook for 1 minute.
- Add tandori masala, salt, chili powder, tomato ketchup, oregano, pasta and mix well.
- Then add water cover,cook on medium heat for 10 minutes.
- 10 minutes later add corn and carrot, cover and Continue to cook for another 4-5 minutes, and liquid has absorbed.
- Garnish with coriander.
- Enjoy!
