INGREDIENTS
Macaroni (Boiled) 300 gm

ketchup 2 tbsp
Tomato paste 2
Oil 1 tbsp
For Chicken Marination:
chicken (boneless cubes/chunks) 250 gram
Yogurt 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 1 tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Salt as per taste
whole spices powder 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp

- Marinate the chicken cubes/chunks with all the ingredients mentioned and keep aside for 30 minutes.
- Boil macaroni with salt water and 1 tsp oil.. boil till al dente.
- Drain the excess water and put 1 tsp oil so that macaroni doesn't stick.
- Heat oil in a pan add the marinated chicken chunks and roast till tender and dry.
- Then add ground tomato paste and tomato ketchup.
- Mix well and cook till raw smell of tomatoes disappears.
- Now add boiled macaroni and mix well.
- Turn the heat off and take it out in a serving dish.
- Your Chicken Tikka Macaroni is ready.
