SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE

SCHEZWAN FRIED RICE 

This is the best Chinese schezwan fried rice you’ll make – loaded with healthy vegetables, spicy, and super easy! Made with schezwan  sauce.

PREPARATION TIME: 10 mins        COOKING TIME:15 mins   SERVING: 2

INGREDIENTS

Rice boiled 1 & 1/2 cup 
Oil 2 tbsp
Garlic chopped 2-3 cloves
Spring Onions chopped 1/4 cup
Carrot 1/4 cup
French Beans chopped 1/4 cup
Capsicum chopped 1/4 cup
Salt to taste 
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Schezwan sauce 1 tbsp (or to taste) 
Vinegar 1 tbsp  

METHOD
  • Heat oil in a pan and add chopped garlic and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Add chopped spring onion and sauté for 30 seconds.
  • Now add carrot, beans, capsicum, and stir-fry on high flame for 3-4 minutes.
  • Add schezwan sauce, black pepper, vinegar, salt and mix well.
  • Finally, add boiled rice mix well. Toss the rice to coat with the sauce and vegetables for 2 minutes. (Taste and add more sauce or seasonings if required). 
  • Tasty schezwan fried rice is ready to serve. 
  • Eat and enjoy!
