SLOW COOKER HOT CHOCOLATE
Hosting a party? Try this slow cooker hot chocolate for an easy way to serve a crowd.PREPARATION TIME: 05 mins COOKING TIME: 2 hours 15 mins SERVING: 8-10
INGREDIENTS
Milk 1 liter
Double cream 300 ml
Dark chocolate, chopped 200 gm
Milk chocolate 100 gm
Marshmallows (for garnish)
Whipped cream (for garnish)
Grated chocolate (for garnish)
METHOD
- Pour the milk and double cream into the slow cooker.
- Then add the dark chocolate and milk chocolate.
- Cover and cook on low flame for 2 hours, stirring halfway through cooking.
- Remove the lid and stir again, then continue to cook for a further 15-20 mins.
- Ladle into mugs and top with the marshmallows, dollops of cream and grated chocolate.
